1. How long does it take to return the goods? Do you need to pay freight when returning goods?

In case of dissatisfaction with products within 45 days after placing the order, you can return the products unconditionally, and the freight will be borne by our shop.

2. How to return or exchange goods?

1) Please contact the after-sales customer service, and provide him with the order number and the email used when purchasing; E-mail address: service@catbellys.com

2) The after-sales personnel will send the return list to the user. Then, the user shall print it and send it together with the products to the address designated by the after-sales personnel.

3)After receiving the return, the after-sales personnel will arrange refund or re-delivery of goods immediately.

3. How long does it take for the refund?

Once the returned products are received, the after-sales personnel will refund immediately. Generally, the refund will be transferred to your account within one working day.
